Saturday 14th Sept New Exhibition – Public Water in Sleaford. Associated with Sleaford Civic Trust’s work on the renovation of the Bristol Water Fountain in the market place.
Also the first weekend of Heritage Open days, and a competition for the children to build a model of the fountain from Lego!
Thursday 17th October – The Museum will mark Remembrance this year with a display commemorating the outbreak of the Second World War in 1939
– in particular, Activity on the Home Front.
Sunday 1st December – London has Harrods……, Newcastle has Fenwicks…….. but SLEAFORD has their very own MUSEUM’s Christmas window to look forward to. The design is, of course, a closely guarded secret, but it will be unveiled on Dec 1st to coincide with the Christmas Market in Sleaford – don’t miss it!
