You can join or renew membership of the Sleaford Museum Trust.
If you would like to join (or renew) Sleaford Museum Trust membership by post, please click on HERE to open a link to the application form, print out and return it enclosing a cheque for £10 (individual) / £15 (two or more members at the same address) / £24 (corporate). Under 18s are free to join. There is also a form to add Gift Aid if you would like to, please click SMT Gift Aid declaration
