You can join or renew membership of the Sleaford Museum Trust.
If you would like to join or renew membership by post, please click on SMT Membership 2023, print out and return the form and enclose a cheque for £10 (individual) / £15 (two or more members at the same address) / £24 (corporate). Under 18s are free to join. There is also a form to add Gift Aid if you would like to, please click SMT Gift Aid declaration
