The Launch Party opens at 11am on Sat July 9th 2022 at the Museum with a welcome from Sleaford Mayor, Linda Edwards-Shea, and the Town Crier in attendance.
Join us on a short family walk around Sleaford to see some of the hidden heritage gems in the town centre. Inspired by the Sleaford Explorer Trail and the newly printed Sleaford & District Heritage Trumps cards, we will take you on a tour of some of the key heritage sites just off the High Street. Designed for families with children, we’ll have a little bit of history at each stop, but the tour will take between 30-45 minutes before returning to Sleaford Museum.
This guided walk is part of the Sleaford Trump Card Launch event at Sleaford Museum on Saturday 9th July from 11am.
Please note the tour does take place around the centre of the town. Adults must supervise children at all times as we will be walking along, and crossing, some roads.
The walking tour is FREE to join, but booking is essential.
